1. Voice verification 1 hour before appointments! We need to talk to you to make sure you will be at home before we come out to see you.

2. All cleaners are free agents and work for themselves, however, all bookings and enquiries are answered by the website administrators on their behalf.
Clients are NOT charged a booking fee, though we reserve the right to ask for a small deposit before we send people out on cleaning assignments.

No physical contact is permitted; if contact is made in a sexual manner your cleaner will leave immediately. Our maids are there to clean and nothing more. Remember you are NOT allowed to touch or molest our cleaners and they do NOT offer sexual services, if any form of physical contact is made in a sexual way your contract will be terminated immediately.

All persons must be over 21.

Payment must be paid to the cleaner on arrival and by credit card at time of booking.

You  must be free of drugs and alcohol.

Whilst we appreciate that you wish your home to be cleaned you are primarily employing an light cleaning maid NOT deep cleaning such as cleaning ovens, unblocking toilets or drains etc…. Please discuss what "chores"need doing directly with your maid.

You are required to provide all cleaning materials and equipment e.g vacuum cleaner.
Clothes must be worn by yourself whilst our cleaners are present at your home.
Our cleaning services are only performed in a domestic situation and with no more than one person in the house.
